Darcy Cunningham, MBA has been working with organizations for 20 years. Her work includes large systems participative change, organizational purpose and values, dilemma management, ethics, and team and leadership development. Working with individuals, large and small groups, and boards, she has consulted in a range of industries and with community-based and non-profit organizations. In collaboration with British partners, Darcy is pioneering the work of organizational constellations in the US to business challenges.
