From the North
From I-295 take exit 22 (Bradbury Mtn, Durham and North end of Freeport). Turn West, and at the "T" turn left (towards Bradbury Mtn) follow this road (Elmwood Rd. & sometimes called the Freeport dump road) for about 4 miles to a stop sign at Route 9. Turn left and continue down route 9. (If you were to turn right, Bradbury Mtn would be just up the road.) You'll pass Northern Lights Auction House on your right and Royal Road on your left. Continue about 3/4 mile to a weird intersection with route 9: Montville road on your left and West Pownal Road on your right (about a 240 degree turn). Turn HARD right onto West Pownal Rd. On West Pownal Rd, travel 3/4 mile, around a right angle curve to the left. Turning Light Practice and Learning Center is the first drive on the left. (Attached to house at 168 W Pownal Rd). Park in the driveway or on the shoulder.

From the South
From I-295 take exit 17. At the end of the ramp turn left, South onto Rte 1. Go about 1/4 mile to first traffic light. Turn Right, then right again at the "T" and then take an immediate left onto North Rd. Go four miles to a 4 way stop at route 9. Turn right and go 3/4 to a fork - route 9 continues right and West Pownal Road forks left. Take this. On West Pownal Rd, travel 3/4 mile, around a right angle curve to the left. Turning Light Practice and Learning Center is the first drive on the left. (Attached to house at 168 W Pownal Rd). Park in the driveway or on the shoulder.
